Hello there. I'm Manjunath. A UX designer by profession. A problem solver by passion. My journey has been a mix of challenges and successes. Failures make me stronger, while victories bring happiness to those around me.
My career started in 2014 as a Web Designer at Vanilla Technologies. , where I undertook the task of crafting websites for international clients. Swiftly, I transitioned to QBurst Technologies as a UI Designer, imbibing the initial lessons in design. The enriching stint at QBurst exposed me to diverse projects across domains, nurturing me into a seasoned and empathetic designer. In 2018, I achieved CUA certification from HFI and set my sights on new horizons, joining Verteil Technologies, an aviation startup pioneering revolutionary products.The challenges at Verteil stretched my skills, solidifying my foundation as I contributed to a product from its inception.
With the pandemic's twist, I embarked on a quest to fulfill my aspiration of working alongside exceptional creative minds. This dream materialized when I took the reins of the UI team at Lollypop, India's premier design studio. I was given the responsibility of leading a team of 30 designers, which was a big leap from managing just 4 designers before. Despite the initial challenges, my determination and persistence helped me foster a positive team culture, transforming the group into a lively and passionate community of designers.
Driven by a thirst for new challenges, in 2022 I found my next adventure at Treasury Intelligent Solutions in Germany. As their UI specialist, I'm spearheading the transformation of their platform into an enriched user-centric framework.
