Our mission was to design an app that would elevate the encounter at Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, Bally’s, Horseshoe, and the entire chain of affiliated hotels and resorts.
The journey began with a user motivation diagram—mapping the virtual path users tread before embarking on their real-world excursions. This process unveiled key user milestones that paved the way for our wireframes.
Wireframing ensued, refined through multiple iterations. With most screens solidified, we transitioned to the realm of visual design. The app demanded meticulous attention to detail, balancing accessibility and aesthetic allure without disrupting user flow.
As the team spearheaded this transformative project, the integration of accessibility, aesthetics, and usability played a paramount role in shaping the Club House app's success.
